How to reach us
Call or text 912-472-1007. A phone call is the quickest way to describe what is happening and get us on the way. We answer calls from beach visitors, year-round residents, and property managers, and we help in English and Spanish.
We are based at 201 McKenzie Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328, and we work as a mobile service. That means we bring the tools, key blanks, and hardware to wherever you are parked or locked out, rather than asking you to come to us.
What to tell us when you call
- Where you are, such as a street, beach lot, hotel, or rental address
- What is going on, like a lockout, a lost key, or a lock that needs work
- For a vehicle, the year, make, and model
- Whether you still have a working key or are locked out completely
- Whether this is urgent so we can prioritize the call
These details help us arrive with the right tools and key blanks so we can finish in one visit.
